I would like to send a note of thanks for the service provided last week during our event.
The hotel was an excellent choice (I would certainly recommend to others) and all the participants mentioned the high quality of the rooms and the food served during the different meals. In the end I also thought that the meeting rooms were fine – it was indeed better to have the upstairs room for the morning session.
Everything was delivered in time (gifts, materials etc) and your hostess was very helpful at sorting the taxis, answering questions, liaising with the technical team etc.
