In 2003 I founded – and still own and chair – the multi-award-winning Rome-based company Events In & Out, focused on events and incentive travel.

In 2018 I served as World President of SITE (Society for Incentive Travel Excellence).
When I get asked about my job, I simply answer that is the job of my dreams.

I enjoy doing what I love, that is seeking out the most unique and enchanting experiences for you, leading you to discover the most beautiful places in Italy, designing dreamy trips around your desires and expectations.

My aim is your everlasting sweet memories about the experience I brought to you.

After all, I have a natural acquaintance with Italian beauty. I was designed in Venice and raised in Florence, and I currently live in Rome. Probably the best hat-trick in the world, isn’t it?

Books, vintage fashion, art and good food are some of the passions that cherished me in the years of my growth.

Now I have the fortune to develop these influences into ideas in my daily life and work.

You can find me in a thrift shop lane or looking for the next food and wine best place, otherwise I’ll just be wandering in the city looking for some hidden treasures or attending the latest exhibition.
